Terms of Use

The short, honest version — then the proper one.

1 · The agreement

By downloading or using HealthFit you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these terms are silent. This agreement is between you and us alone: Apple is not a party to it, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.

2 · What HealthFit is — and is not

• It provides workout plans, nutrition estimates, progress tracking and AI-generated coaching and imagery for general wellness and fitness purposes.
• Calorie, macro and body-composition figures are estimates produced by AI from what you provide. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, dietary-restriction or allergy decisions.
• The goal portrait is a motivational illustration, not a prediction or a promise of results.
• Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme — particularly if you are pregnant, injured, under medical care, or have a history of disordered eating.
• In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. HealthFit is not a monitoring service and cannot summon help.

3 · Subscriptions and billing

• HealthFit is free to download. HealthFit Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, available for USD $9.99 per month or USD $39.99 per year. The App Store shows the final price in your local currency before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel at any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; we cannot issue them directly.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

4 · Fair use

AI features carry per-user limits so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone. You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, probe or overload our systems, resell access, use the service to build a competing dataset, or submit content that is unlawful or that depicts anyone other than yourself without their consent.

5 · Your content

Your photos and logs remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process them for the features you actually use, as described in the Privacy Policy — nothing more. Images generated for you are yours to keep and share.

6 · Availability and changes

We may update, add or retire features, and we depend on third-party platforms and service providers that can fail outside our control. Some features, including AI features, require a connection. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

7 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence — or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are unaffected. Disputes go to the Danish courts, or to your local courts where consumer law gives you that right.
